We turn ideas into functional designs with a focus on efficiency and durability. Our team works closely with clients to refine details and ensure the best results.

Prototyping brings designs to life, allowing for testing and improvements before full production. This step ensures the final product meets quality and performance standards.

With a focus on precision and reliability, we turn prototypes into finished products. Our manufacturing process ensures consistency, strength, and efficiency for every project.
Morrow Foundry was founded by Ivan Morrow in the late 1940’s in a small building of approximately 3,000 square feet, initially pouring aluminum and brass greensand castings. Under Mr. Morrow’s leadership, the operation expanded to include a pattern shop, plaster cast matchplate shop, heat treat department, and machine shop. Molding processes included manual and automatic greensand molding as well as centrifugal casting. The business was purchased by Bob and George Campbell in the 1980’s. During their ownership, a neighboring foundry (Caney Castings) was acquired and machining capabilities were significantly expanded. Morrow Foundry was purchased by Tri-State Cast Technologies, Inc. in 1997.
While Morrow Foundry no longer operates a manufacturing facility, the company remains active as an importer and technical resource for high-quality cast and machined components. We serve as the primary U.S. importer and sales point for our offshore manufacturing partners, providing customers with a reliable bridge between domestic needs and global production.
Our current services include:
We continue to offer a range of aluminum alloys (including 319, 356, A356, 360, 380, 713, ZA alloys) as well as brass and bronze alloys through our partner network. Our long-established product line of cast aluminum boat hardware (primarily for pontoon boats) and brass hammers/tools for compressed gas applications remains available. Morrow Foundry continues to leverage decades of foundry experience to deliver cost-effective, high-quality cast metal components to customers across the United States.
