We turn ideas into functional designs with a focus on efficiency and durability. Our team works closely with clients to refine details and ensure the best results.

Prototyping brings designs to life, allowing for testing and improvements before full production. This step ensures the final product meets quality and performance standards.

With a focus on precision and reliability, we turn prototypes into finished products. Our manufacturing process ensures consistency, strength, and efficiency for every project.
Tri-State Cast Technologies, Inc. was incorporated in Michigan in 1974. Over our years of operation, the foundry business has evolved into a total supply chain management system for CNC machined aluminum castings. We utilize sand cast molding processes. We also provide secondary operations including heat treating, non-destructive testing, anodizing and impregnation. Depending upon the process, work is done within facilities carrying ISO 9001:2008 quality certifications.
We are obsessed with delivering quality, dependability, and flexibility with each part that leaves our facilities. We integrate our many years of experience with evolving technology. The end product is a partnering with our customers from tooling design to final components ready for assembly into OEM products. We do all of this with our roots still firmly planted in the foundry business. We take great pride in the customers and the industries that we serve from our three US operating locations in Florida, Iowa and Kansas. Our management system is designed to continually search for ways to improve the products and services that we offer. Our team members are prepared to tackle your most challenging projects.
